Intel has established an independent company called Articul8 AI, which will focus on enterprise-level generative AI. The new company will utilize software developed by Intel for this purpose. Intel is launching Articul8 in collaboration with investment firm DigitalBridge. Intel stated that Articul8 will continue the AI work it previously did for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – Intel previously trained an AI platform for BCG on supercomputers equipped with Xeon processors and Gaudi-AI accelerators. This platform is now being expanded into an independent company, Articul8, which will provide the platform to enterprise customers. Articul8 will offer generative AI services to companies in sectors such as financial services, aerospace, semiconductor, and telecommunications, which require high security and domain-specific expertise.
