软餐获悉，Chrome 120 稳定版已经发布。Windows 平台上的最新版本号为 120.0.6099.71。

安全方面，谷歌在 Chrome 120 中修复了 10 个不同的问题，其中公开的 5 个总体严重性评级为高，涉及媒体流和捕获、侧边栏搜索、自动填充和 Web 浏览器 UI 中的使用后释放和不适当实现问题。

Chrome 120 引入的功能性更改：

• Chrome 120 不再支持 Android 7 Nougat。Android 7 用户无法更新到该版本。
• Chrome 120 弃用并删除了浏览器中的 Theora 视频编解码器支持。
• 谷歌开始在 Chrome 120 中弃用第三方 Cookie。到 2024 年 1 月，大约 1% 的 Chrome 用户将禁用第三方 Cookie。到 2024 年中期，这一比例将增加到全部用户。
• 共享密码功能。Google 家庭群组帐户成员可以与其他成员共享密码。
• 谷歌正在 Chrome 桌面上推出 “新的主动安全检查” 功能。它会定期检查浏览器是否存在安全问题，并会通知用户。设置中新增了安全检查页面，可返回上次扫描的结果。（可通过 chrome://settings/safetyCheck 启用）
• 谷歌还改变了权限建议服务。现在它正在向谷歌服务器发送基于 URL 的信号。管理员以前可通过 SafeBrowsingProtectionLevel 策略来阻止这种情况发生，但在 Chrome 120 中不再起作用。
• 两项特定于 iOS 的更改：第一个是允许将图片保存到 Google 相册，第二个是包裹追踪功能。

Chrome 120 stable version has been released.

In terms of security, Google fixed 10 different issues in Chrome 120, including 5 publicly rated as high severity, involving media streaming and capturing, sidebar search, autofill, and improper implementation issues in the Web browser UI.

Functional changes introduced in Chrome 120:

• Chrome 120 no longer supports Android 7 Nougat. Android 7 users cannot update to this version.
• Chrome 120 deprecates and removes support for Theora video codec in the browser.
• Google begins deprecating third-party cookies in Chrome 120. By January 2024, approximately 1% of Chrome users will have third-party cookies disabled. By mid-2024, this proportion will increase to all users.
• Password sharing feature. Members of Google Family Group accounts can share passwords with other members.
• Google is launching “New proactive safety check” feature on Chrome desktop. It will regularly check for security issues in the browser and notify the user. A safety check page has been added to settings that shows the results of the last scan (can be enabled via chrome://settings/safetyCheck).
• Google also changed permission recommendations service. Now it sends URL-based signals to Google servers. Administrators could previously block this using SafeBrowsingProtectionLevel policy but it no longer works in Chrome 120.
• Two iOS-specific changes: first one allows saving images to Google Photos; second one is package tracking feature.

The above changes do not include items related to developers.
