Recently, Elon Musk once again made inappropriate remarks – he told advertisers who withdrew their ads from his platform X (Twitter) to “get lost”. Musk said in an interview with The New York Times DealBook Summit on Wednesday: “If someone wants to use ads to threaten me, to blackmail me with money. Get lost… The result of this boycott is that it will kill this company.” He even repeated the phrase “get lost” twice.
In the past few weeks, Musk has been criticized for making offensive comments while replying to netizens, and he was accused of promoting anti-Semitic views. Major advertisers on the X platform have suspended advertising despite Musk’s quick clarification and attempts to salvage the situation.
