过去几天，不少 Google 云端硬盘文件用户说，他们的存储在该网盘上的文件神秘地消失了。有些用户丢失了长达几个月的数据，网盘文件似乎回到了几个月前的状态，且回收站里也没有任何文件。据悉，该问题似乎只影响使用桌面版 Google Drive 客户端的用户。通过网站或移动应用程序访问的用户似乎不受影响。
Google said it is investigating the issue of files disappearing from Google Drive and hopes to find a solution this week. “As of this morning, we know that project engineers are involved and are working hard to understand the root cause before providing a fix. According to the top-level response, please do not make any changes to your Drive root folder. We hope to find a solution this week.”
In the past few days, many users of Google Drive have reported that their files stored on the cloud drive mysteriously disappeared. Some users lost data for several months, and their drive files seemed to revert back to a state from several months ago with no files in the trash bin either. It appears that this issue only affects users who use the desktop version of Google Drive client. Users accessing through the website or mobile application seem unaffected.
